Eaton Leonard originated the tube data center concept and now Eaton Leonard has advanced this system with two models to meet our customers' most exacting needs. Tube data centers available include the refined Vector 1 Series 4 XL and Laservision Optima. Both models incorporate Eaton Leonard's patented non-contact laser probe for highly accurate tube, pipe and wire measurement and inspection. This design is unique in tube measurement since the entire inspection process is performed optically using visible spectrum lasers.

Vector Series tube data centers are extremely powerful when interfaced to tube benders to produce a closed loop inspection and correction system. Any deviations between the bent part shape and the true geometry are automatically converted to incremental, corrective bending machine movements. In addition, the Eaton Leonard interface system the Vector 1 transmits all pertinent bender corrections and setup data.
