Eaton Leonard's new heavy-duty VB 95 HP is designed for maximum productivity, part quality and reliability for tube bending applications up to 100 mm (4.0") tube diameters. Its unique high-torque rotary actuator bending head provides superior positioning and compared to conventional chain driven systems. These rotary actuator drive system results in a bend head parts count substantially less than chain drives, ensuring high reliability and reduced maintenance.

Fast cycle time, combined with excellent axis positioning provide maximum throughput and high accuracy. Advanced setup features include quick-change collets and optional programmable pressure settings. Accessories available include a patented headshifter for stacked tooling applications and automatic loading devices.

Machine programming and monitoring are easily accomplished through the Premier Plus touch screen interface. Premier Plus incorporates a 15" high-resolution active matrix flat panel display and separate keyboard for easy programming. Interface to Eaton Leonard's Vector 1 Laservision is standard.
