Designed for automated production of tubes up 15.8 mm (.625") diameter, Vectorbend model 50 HP incorporates several unique features in a compact, but robust machine. Fast axis speeds combined with precise control of acceleration/deceleration and overlapping motions provides maximum throughput.

The low-interference bend head offers maximum clearance for the most intricate part shapes. Its efficient drive system incorporates a patented parallel arm linkage, powered by a high torque servomotor with fast dynamic response to reduce machine cycle time. The operator friendly Premier Plus PC-based control prompts the operator during setup. The control includes a 15" high-resolution flat panel display and separate keyboard for easy programming.
