Tube Fixtures

Eaton Leonard has now expanded our product line with the addition of tube checking fixtures. These fixtures complement the Vector Laservision, the most preferred tube measurement instrument in the world. Now, Eaton Leonard designs, produces and controls tube checking fixtures for you.

Using new methods and state-of-the-art technology, we have developed a revolutionary approach for the production of tube fixtures. This process provides several benefits compared to conventional fixtures, based on:

  • A new patented concept and design for tube fixtures
  • Advanced CAD software
  • An innovative manufacturing process
  • Complete process and control of the assembly fixture
  • Patented Design and Manufacturing Process

Our advanced process enables fixtures to be produced in extremely quick delivery times. This method provides you with the best answer to your accurate fixture requests. Eaton Leonard's extensive experience in tube forming has helped us to provide tube inspection processes for various industry applications. Ideal applications for Eaton Leonard fixtures include aircraft tubes, automotive (brake lines, air conditioning, power steering, exhaust and structural), furniture, HVAC and others. The problem of conventional expensive and cumbersome hard fixtures has been addressed with an economical, practical approach. Designed using 3xD CAD modeling, these hard fixtures are the ideal solution for simplified tube part shape verification. Fixtures are manufactured in a CNC environment, and are checked and certified with an Eaton Leonard Laservision tube data center.
