Vectorbend CE tube benders combine the benefits of CNC controls with simple and safe manual bending operations. Available in two models, CE-12 and CE-25 accommodate maximum tube diameters of 12.7 mm (.500") and 25 mm (1.00") respectively. These highly repeatable tube benders are ideal for prototype, development and short run production of aircraft, automotive and HVAC tubing, as well as other bending applications.

All three axes of the bender are monitored by the Premier Plus control to ensure repeatability. Distance between bends and plane of bend are positioned automatically by the servomotor-driven carriage. The bend arm is manually rotated to a programmed stop position. Bend angle is controlled by an advanced anti-backlash motor/gearbox system, providing superior repeatability.
